The Y! and some extra!
Boy oh Boy! I am loving the Y, Emma is liking it a little more each day...I hope..she gets pretty upset, but she is learning. My good friend Whitney and I are going almost everyday Mon-Friday and working out for about an hour or more per day. It feels so Awesome! We do a 30 minute Curves like Circut then on to 20 minutes on the Treadmill and then 10 minutes of stretching, crunches and leglifts etc. We pick up the girlies and say good bye and head home for much needed naps for the kiddo's. My lifestyle has totally changed, in a good way and not so good way. My obsession with food (and calorie counting/fat counting) has reared its ugly head. It is so frustrating to have a love/hate relationship with food. I know we need it, it is important fuel for the body. I remember when I was in Highschool and anorexic. I was sick all the time, but I was thin! I don't ever want Emma to be that way. I want her to be healthy and happy and have a good relationship with her body. I am working on that relationship with my body and mind. My heart is healing, I have been through a lot when it comes to my image and what I feel about myself. (self-loathing comes to mind) so bear with me I will have many posts that are a bit selfish, but they are therapy in a way.
